Glamour Grace is an online fashion store offering trendy, stylish, and affordable clothing for women and girls.

2. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we deliver all over India. We also offer free shipping on all orders (T&C apply).

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the Order Tracking page on our website using your order ID and email/phone number.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are 100% secure.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. What is your return & refund policy?

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Important: If a customer orders the wrong size, we do not accept returns, but you may request a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
• In case of size exchange, shipping charges may apply, and the customer will be responsible for paying the exchange shipping fee.
• Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

9. Do you restock sold-out items?

1. How do I know my size?

Each product page has a detailed size chart with bust, waist, hip, and length measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our chart before placing an order.

2. Do Glamour Grace sizes run true to size?

Yes, most of our products are true to size, but fit may slightly vary depending on the fabric and style. Please check the Size Guide tab on each product page for exact details.

3. I am between two sizes. Which one should I choose?

If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort and the best fit.

4. Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! Glamour Grace offers sizes from XS to XXL (and in some collections, up to 3XL). Please check product details for availability.

5. Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

Absolutely ✅ We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and has original tags.

6. Will the fabric shrink after wash?
